Refund Policy
Due to COVID-19, for safety reasons, food items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than a defective/expired product. If this is the case, we will be happy to replace the item for store credit equal in value to the purchase price.
If you are unsatisfied with the product's taste/texture, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Snackever is not responsible since we are an official reseller, not a manufacturer. We suggest you reach out to the product brands regarding your concerns.
