What IS SnackEVER?

We're glad you asked! SnackEVER is an online business that focuses on selling healthy snacks for all types of diets & dietary needs. Our snacks are all premium, and mainly come from small entrepreneurs like us! That way, with each purchase, you're helping a small business grow. Pretty cool idea, right?

Are they really healthy?

Valid question! When we're looking for products to offer to our clients, we are always looking to bring something nutritious and delicious to the table. Everything on our website is able to adapt to at least 1 dietary restriction/diet, and is made with premium ingredients.

Do you manufacture the products?

No, we don't. We are only an official reseller. However, we have our own brand called consciouSnack, where we sell our delicious wafers. We suggest you try them out!

Do you offer subscriptions? 

We do! However, it's only box subscriptions. This is to allow the customer two options: purchase your snacks individually OR shop a box of them, and set it as subscription. At SnackEVER, the options are endless!

Do you offer discount codes?

We offer them during promotional events! We suggest signing up for our newsletter, that way you're aware of any special promos we have going on. 

Shipping & Returns Policy

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer a flat rate of $7.99 for all states. If your order is more than $35, you are liable for free shipping. Shipping prices may vary due to promotional events.

When will I receive my shipping confirmation details?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking numbers(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the U.S. We might in the future so keep an eye out open!

Damages & Loss

SnackEVER is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If it is lost, we are unable to provide a refund or send a replacement for it. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Due to safety reasons, food items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason other than a defective/expired product. If this is the case, we will be happy to replace the item for a store credit equal in value to the purchase price.

If you are unsatisfied with the product's taste/texture, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. SnackEVER is not responsible since we are an official reseller, not a manufacturer. We suggest you reach out to the product brand's regarding your concerns.
