Shipping Policy

When will you ship my order?

If we receive your order before 2pm (EST), your order will be shipped the same day. Anything after 2pm (EST), it will be shipped the next business day. This may vary based on weather, holidays, etc.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Expect from 2 to 4 business days if you pay for shipping. Orders that received free shipping can expect their order from 3 to 7 business days.
*this exempts holidays, weather delays, or any other major inconvenience

How much does my shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate of $5.99 for all states. If your order is more than $30, you are liable for free shipping. Shipping prices may vary due to promotional events.

Shipping confirmation & tracking my order

When will I receive my tracking number(s)?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking numbers(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Snackever is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S (but may in the future).

Returns Policy

Due to COVID-19, for safety reasons, food items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason other than a defective/expired product. If this is the case, we will be happy to replace the item for a store credit equal in value to the purchase price.

If you are unsatisfied with the product's taste/texture, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Snackever is not responsible since we are an official reseller, not a manufacturer. We suggest you reach out to the product brand's regarding your concerns.
